new classes
hello, my name is James and I am a recently moved teacher to the area. I finally have some classes up and running starting on 24th August Monday and Thursday 7.30-9.30pm at the Phoenix Centre, 2 Pheonix Place Brighton. All the information, and more, is on the website www.astangayogasussex.com
