new Mysore classes in Brighton
Starting on Monday 31/03 I’ll be teaching early morning Mysore classes from 7am – 9am upstairs at the Mad Hatter’s Cafe. Both new and experienced practitioners are welcome. This post aims to give you an idea of what to expect particularly if you’re new Ashtanga Yoga.

John Scott Brighton workshop
The legendary John Scott visits Brighton at the end of March for a weekend workshop. John has been practicing over 24 years and was certified by Guruji in 1995. He’s the author of a book and DVD both titled Ashtanga Yoga.

Summer is workshop season in the UK and there are loads of great teachers visiting. Both Sharath and Manju will be teaching in the UK and Manju is even coming to teach a weekend workshop in Brighton. Joey Miles will also be returning to Brighton for a weekend workshop at the end of the Summer.
